Describe the phone you actually have

• Pick the exact model from the catalog and grade condition honestly: Like new (no visible wear), Excellent (very minor signs of use), Good (normal scratches or scuffs), Fair (noticeable wear, fully disclosed).
• Disclose every known issue — battery service messages, screen marks, repairs, face/touch ID quirks. An accurately-described "Fair" phone sells; a surprise gets disputed.
• Photos must show the actual device: front with the screen on, the back, sides and ports, and close-ups of any flaws.
• Private evidence — battery health, device info, activation lock, and network status screenshots — is verified by buyphonesja and never shown publicly.

What can't be listed

• Stolen, blacklisted, or financed-and-unpaid phones.
• Phones with Activation Lock / FRP still enabled.
• Counterfeit or misrepresented devices.
• Anything that isn't a phone or phone accessory.

Delivery, done for you

If you opt in to delivery, you never arrange shipping. Once a buyer pays, a buyphonesja delivery partner comes to you, checks the phone against your listing — model, condition, battery, IMEI — and marks it condition verified on the spot, then delivers it with a photo-confirmed handoff. Describe your phone accurately and this step is a formality; oversell it and the collection fails.

Payments and fees

• Card purchases run through protected buyphonesja checkout. Funds are held and released to your Handypay account 48 hours after delivery, once the buyer's inspection window closes.
• A 5% marketplace fee is deducted from each completed sale. No listing fees. Fees may attract GCT as required by law.
• You can also accept cash at pickup — cash deals settle in person and sit outside buyer protection, and buyphonesja charges no fee on them.
• Never move a card buyer off-platform. Asking buyers to pay by transfer, deposit, or outside apps is grounds for removal.

Once it's sold, the record is sealed

A listing attached to a reservation or order can't be edited, unlisted, or deleted — it becomes the record both sides rely on if anything is disputed. Finished with a phone that didn't sell through an order? Mark it sold or unlist it any time from your dashboard.

Conduct

• Reply to offers and questions promptly — response time shows on your profile.
• Reviews come only from buyers with completed orders; you can reply publicly, never retaliate.
• Harassment, discriminatory language, or pressuring buyers to cancel disputes ends accounts.
